The Services are intended for users ages 18 and older. Accordingly, we will not knowingly collect or use any personal information from children that we know to be under the age of 18. In addition, we will delete any information in our database that we know originates from a child under the age of 18.

RETURN POLICY

All Sales are Final. If a package arrives damaged or contents are damaged please contact us at 352-369-1500.

DELIVERY POLICY

All items are carefully packaged to prevent damage during transmit. Marion Cultural Alliance, Inc. ships with a variety of carriers to provide the best service and lowest cost for our customers.

Note that orders are shipped/delivered only Tuesday – Friday. Delivery estimates do not include weekends.

Domestic orders will ship via USPS. Our shipping/handling charge is $ 7.00 per item. If express shipping is requested we will ship express for an additional charge, we will notify you of the cost of express shipping within 2 days of receiving request.

International orders will ship with the lowest cost to our customer. We will contact you with amount needed to ship before sending.

Note that the USPS only delivers packages 11”x14” and smaller to a P.O. Box. Larger framed items must be shipped to a street address. Note also that for items shippe4d to a street address, a phone number is required. We can also ship to an APO. This can only be done through the USPS.

During the checkout process, you are provided the option to enter a shipping address that is different than the billing address if you would prefer to ship somewhere else.

Order arrivals will vary upon where you live and the shipping method used. Please contact the Marion Cultural Alliance at 352-369-1500 with any questions regarding your delivery. Delivery time averages 3 to 7 business days once your item(s) leave our facility.
